The material is nice and I love the purple/black color scheme, but the sizing is so weird! Normally I buy large gloves, maybe an xl depending on what market it was designed for. I also always check size charts just in case, but I usually fall right around large/xl. This size chart had my length at a small, my palm width at 3xl, and the opening at least an xl... I figured it would be best to size according to my palm width, but there isn't a 3xl so I sized down one and got the 2xl. The opening is TIGHT! I can barely get my hands in these. I figure they'll loosen up as they break in so not super upset there, but there's no way I could have gone down to a smaller opening size.. Palm area is pretty spot on. Maybe could've gone down another size for a real snug fit. The fingers have soooo much slack.. Literally almost a full inch of excess material with the gloves pushed on as far as they'll go. Based on some post fit measurements, I think a small actually would have fit my fingers properly but there's no way anything else would have fit right. I can't even go down to a large because of the 3/4" decrease in opening size from xl. I knew when I placed my order that there was a good chance these would fit weird, but I liked the design too much to say no to them. I'm keeping them because they have potential! I love the pattern and the color scheme (some of the best looking gloves out there IMO) and I'm certain changing sizes won't help so I'll see if one of my friends can alter these to fit properly and keep them on reserve until then.
