Love the fit, but not sure of durability

Wore them for the first time the other day and took them off and found two holes. One must have been from the pipe and the other was from inside my boot? I have no idea how that is even possible, but there is definitely an hole there too. I wear tech 10’s and have never had an issue before. Aside from that I really liked them. I just wonder how the holes will grow during washing etc.

This is my 7th pair of elrod pants, they fit better than any other pants (i've tried them all), Best looking mx gear out there that's not too flashy, just wish they were more durable and a little easier on the wallet, it's hard for the working man to have style...
