Great helmet and question

Hi, I have this Bell Moto-9S Flex Helmet. It’s gives me a headache after about 45 min of having it on. It seems to be hurting my temples. After that initial 45 min when it starts to hurt I have to take it off every 20-30 min after. Can I just size up the top liner or would I need to size up the entire helmet?

Love it. I wasn't blown away when I took it out of the box because the flat finish is so subtle and all my other helmets almost glow in the dark. After getting used to it I love it. It's unique and really grew on me
