Runs VERY Small

I bought a women’s 2XL. It looked small out of the package. I washed it on cold and dried it. It is 42” at the underarms, nowhere near a 2XL, especially when advertised as relaxed fit. The size charts won’t load so I can’t see what it’s supposed to be.
